During your stay, take the time to explore the surrounding area, rich in charm and surprises. Less than a ten-minute drive away, the pretty town of Eymoutiers, a Small Town of Character, awaits you with its picturesque streets, old houses, and peaceful atmosphere on the banks of the Vienne River. You'll find several friendly restaurants, as well as all the local shops and a supermarket to make your daily life easier. A little further away, just a stone's throw away, lies the legendary Lake Vassivière, nicknamed "Little Canada." Its sumptuous landscapes can be discovered during walks or strolls, as well as a multitude of activities: swimming, water sports, boat rides, hiking, or even donkey rides. Each season reveals a unique atmosphere, between forests, islands, and open horizons. The cottage is also just 35 minutes from Limoges.
