It features a bedroom with two comfortable beds and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub and shower. The apartment offers Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a dedicated workspace, elevator, washing machine, and step-free access. The room is equipped with a kettle, wardrobe, hangers, and luggage space, while the bathroom provides shampoo, shower gel, soap, cotton swabs, hairdryer, towels, and a first aid kit. 800 meters below, you will find a green area with many trees, tennis courts, cycling and jogging tracks, football fields, a swimming pool, an ice rink, a fitness trail, playgrounds for children, and a Basque pelota club. Shared street parking is available, and the Jolimont metro station is 200 meters away on foot. The metro takes you to the train station in 3 minutes and the city center in 5 minutes. An airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee. Due to construction at the train station, access to the metro may be difficult on your first visit; the host offers to pick you up on request if needed. Events are not allowed, outside guests are not permitted, and quiet is required from 11 p.m. to respect the peace of the residence.
