Agence Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers you this charming, typically Belle-Iloise house in the village of Borlagadec in the commune of Bangor, less than a kilometer from the beach. With a surface area of 100 m², it can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,000 m². Sheets and towels included. The accommodation is composed as follows: First floor: - A 40 m² living room with TV, Wifi, sofa and dining area. - Open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - A shower room with shower, separate WC at the back of the shower room. - A second “summer” shower room with outside entrance, shower and WC. - A laundry room at the back of the garage. First floor: - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190). - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190). Other notes: - Bed linen and towels included (excluding beach towels). - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean appliances after use. - Free Wifi available. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. - The garage cannot be used for parking. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. To reach Belle Ile, you can sail from the ports of Quiberon, Vannes and Lorient. You can book your ticket with the company Océane.
