Located in Pleurtuit on the banks of the Rance, this charming 80 m² longère welcomes up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided; you will need to bring your own. Your host, passionate about sports, nature, and Brittany, will greet you warmly and is happy to share tips for exploring the Emerald Coast. Outside, enjoy an exceptional location just 5 meters from a historic washhouse and close to several boat launches. The property is ideally situated between Dinard, Saint-Malo, and the GR 34 hiking trails, offering easy access to the Rance riverbanks and the Emerald Coast. A public parking spot is available 10 meters from the house. Breathe in the sea air and enjoy this unique setting to recharge during your stay. Between land and sea, the house is served by buses and shuttles for easy access to Saint-Malo and Dinard. From Ty Pesker, set out on foot to discover the lovely beaches of Minihic-sur-Rance.
