Utopia Island, also known as the House of Utopia, was constructed in the 1970s by the internationally renowned architect and designer, Marc-Held, and fabricated entirely in Corten steel. With 390 square meters of living space, this property, resembling a cruise ship, is perched on stilts amidst a 5000-square-meter pond surrounded by wild birds. A pool with a terrace overlooks the surrounding landscape.

We happily welcome guests accompanied by our clients staying at the establishment. However, please note that any guest who wishes to stay overnight on our premises will be charged a fee of 100 euros per person per night. We allow the presence of only one guest per rented room. This policy aims to guarantee the quality of your stay as well as the tranquility of our other customers. In addition, we will require the presentation of identification documents for security reasons.

The first breakfast is free ! The following days, breakfast is charged 15 euros payed in cash and on the spot.
