The apartment has a large terrace of 15m2, decorated with bamboo and wood boards. The apartment is well laid out for an area of 46m2 and is tastefully decorated to create a warm and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment located in a high standing residence is not overlooked, ensuring a pleasant and quiet stay. It is equipped with a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and crockery, a bedroom, a living room with a double Murphy bed and a shower room with toilet. The building is equipped with a lift and the apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility. The residence has a private gym accessible to guests. Closed basement parking is available, on request, at an additional cost.
