I fell in love with this old family home with its large garden and terrace in the summer of 2021 and have since renovated it. It is well insulated and stays cool in summer. A state-of-the-art heating system was installed at the end of 2024. Profit from the garden and the terrace, enjoy the unobstructed view of Quimper from the kitchen, bathrooms, and small double bedroom. Each room is decorated with unique works of art. Coffee, tea, and a basic breakfast are included, either self-serve or served, depending on your schedule.

I grew up in a family run boarding house, worked in marketing, art, IT, and I tinker. I love meeting people, talking, and laughing with them. My house is a meeting place for travelers, people settling down for a while or a night, others redefining themselves, and artists. Villa Auguste wouldn't be complete without Auguste, the little parrot, who wants to see every visitor and laughs at our jokes—or at us, who knows?

Residential and green neighborhood, very quiet. You can park a car in the cul-de-sac or in front of the house, depending on availability. For trucks, contact me; it's two minutes away. I walk to the city center: 25 minutes to the cathedral, 15 minutes to the train station. You can do your shopping on foot; there are two supermarkets 6 minutes away and another shopping center with a fresh market nearby.
