The Villa Le Levant is located in the really luxurious Rue de la Plage, where only fives villas have a sea view. This street is quite known on the French Riviera, for the castle of Mandelieu La Napoule and because one of the house has been occupied by the famous french singer Charles Aznavour. On our side, the Villa Le Levant is the very last on the street, overhanging the Raguette's beach. The villa has the biggest land of all the villas, which allowed us to build a magnificent swimming pool and jacuzzi in front of the sea, surrounded by a beautiful garden. The villa has three levels. - The living level which contains the kitchen with this huge and amazing granite kitchen island, an integrated wine cave and all the equipments that you'll expect, the dining room under the massive light well and the living room with his granite wall and integrated fireplace ; - The night level with four ensuite bedrooms. The rooms on the sides of the villa are a litlle bit bigger and allowed us to put a bathtub and a shower in the bathroom. All bedrooms have an incredible seaview, a 180cmx200xm bed and a dressing ; - The underground level with a 140sqm garage in which you can put 4 to 5 cars, two electric station are available for electric cars. The outside of the villa is beautiful with a lot of plants and trees, you really feel to be somewhere else. You can park 1 or 2 cars in the property if needed. The security of the villa has been important to us. Cameras have been installed outside at the four corners of the villas and two cameras inside (in the living room) which will be disconnected for your stay. Please note that the train crosses the city and goes behind the villa. It does not really disturb as the villa provides a good "sound shell" and the waves also help.

You can go in the village just walking, it takes less than 5 minutes, and you'll find there everything that you need, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger etc. The train station is really near, about 2 or 3 minutes walking, and you can go in any city from there. The center of the village is really beautiful and it is really fulll of life, especially during summer and for Christmas. You can also go at the harbour just walking, it takes less than 15 minutes. You have the Golf Old Course really near too, 5 minutes by car. LEASE NOTE THAT A TWENTY THOUSAND EUROS DEPOSIT WILL BE ASKED BEFORE THE CHECK-IN. The area is very nice and the Raguette's beach down the villa is really beautiful. There are not so many houses in the area and we really are on the front of the sea.
