There is a bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. You will also enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, heating in all rooms, a dedicated workspace, and a comfortable living room. The house is on one level and offers mountain views. Outside, relax in your private garden with a seating area under a 300-year-old oak tree, as well as on the covered terrace with pergola and private barbecue. The landscaped, fenced 6,000 m² grounds feature a pond and large trees. A shared parking space is available on site, with more options on the street.
