It is composed of a nice living room of 68 m² (with fireplace), an open fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms and you will be able to enjoy a garden of about 4 000 m² as well as several terraces. The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 68 m² with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), sofa, armchairs and dining area - An open kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine... a bar and a second dining area. - Master suite of 27 m²: a queen-size bed (160×200), a dressing room, an adjoining bathroom with bathtub as well as a separate toilet. - A second bedroom of 20 m² with two single beds (90, possibility of forming a double bed), a dressing room and an adjoining shower room. Outside : - A swimming pool (private and heated) open seasonally from April to the end of October, size 12 m x 4 m with a depth of 1.30 m as well as a small bath of 5 m x 2 m, depth 0.50.
