This accommodation is a furnished holiday home rated 3 stars✨✨✨ for your comfort and is located within the Domaine de Loupsat , a property of almost 3 hectares where 2 lodges are offered for rent ( see the link at the bottom of this ad for the Oyat Lodge, the second 4-person lodge). It offers a magnificent view of the estate's pond from its terrace, and features a 30 m² living/dining/kitchen area with a large bay window opening onto the outdoor terrace. There's an air-conditioned master bedroom with TV and 160×200 bed, a second bedroom with a choice of 2 90×200 beds or a 180×200 bed, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and separate WC. The grounds (park, pond, stream...) include a beautiful pond that is home to numerous carp (leather, koi, love) that are not allowed to be fished but will be delighted to receive a few small pieces of bread! A ping-pong table, badminton rackets and petanque balls are available for a quick game before the aperitif! The park is open to the public for the enjoyment of young and old alike! To complement swimming in the ocean and nearby lake, we offer a beautiful pool area with water heated to 28 degrees. The pool area is located off-site and is shared between the 2 gîtes and the owners, who use it except when a rental is in progress, and for your complete freedom. The pool measures 11m x 5.5m and is heated from early June to late September. This area is fenced off for the safety of the little ones, and has a lovely wooden terrace and bar.
