The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms all have TVs and consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed shared outdoor area with lawn, lake, picnic bench and fire pit, a wraparound decking with furniture and hot tub, as well as off-road parking. Within 2.3 miles you will find both a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 1 Oak Park is a delightful dwelling for a family trip to Devon. Note: The property is set at the edge of a lake, please ensure children are supervised. Note: Guests have access to two lakes, offering carp fishing (guests will require own equipment).

Bampton is a delightfully tranquil Devon community located near to the Exmoor National Park on the banks of the River Batherm, a tributary of the River Exe. Bampton is known for its floral displays, pony fair, and folk festival. It also has a nice selection of businesses and magnificent Georgian cottages and homes. There are many country pursuits available in this rural area, including fishing in the two reservoirs at Wimbleball and Clatworthy, Exmoor safaris through dramatic windswept moors, walking the Exe Valley Way, horseback riding across the moor, and cycling along the Lowman Way. The nearby towns of Dulverton and Tiverton also provide plenty of amenities. The lovely North Devon coastline, which is farther away, offers wonderful walks, little coves, sandy beaches, and views of Wales. An excellent starting point for touring North Devon and the Exmoor National Park is Bampton.
