10 Duck Lake is a wonderful detached lodge resting in the village of Tattershall in Lincolnshire. Offering reverse-level accommodation, the property has three bedrooms: 1 x ground-floor king-size with en-suite shower, basin and WC, 1 x ground-floor double zip link bed that can be converted to twin beds on request, (with Jack-and-Jill access to bathroom with freestanding bath, handheld shower, separate walk-in shower, basin and WC) 1 x ground-floor twin, 1 x double sofa bed, up to an occupancy of 8 people. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. The dwelling also houses a ground-floor shower room, a utility and a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Outside is a large decking with furniture and a hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. 10 Duck Lake is a wonderful abode for a retreat with friends or family to this area of England. Note: One well-behaved small dog welcome. Sorry, no dogs that shed easily.
