The main bathroom, ensuite and utility room have been recently renovated, the ensuite at the start of 2024. Boasting a modern and stylish interior throughout, the property enjoys furnished decking and terraced areas to the side and rear. With immediate access to the town’s amenities, and just a stone’s throw from the local park and nearby beaches, 16 Courtenay Street is an ideal property and location for a young family, as well as couples, looking for a central base from which to explore the town. You are permitted to unload in Courtenay Street but NOT park as it is Residents Parking only and you will receive a parking ticket if you do property does not accept stag/hen or similar parties.Strictly No SmokingPlease note, that building works are taking place in the neighbouring property. Salcombe is a popular destination for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and families looking for a holiday by the sea. There are several pretty beaches within a short distance, including North Sands and South Sands, plus the coves East Portlemouth on the opposite side of the estuary, just a short passenger ferry ride away. Also on your doorstep is the National Trust property Overbeck’s where you can wander through the subtropical gardens. Why not have a more adventurous day and try out the watersports available on the estuary including surfing, coasteering, kayaking or a more leisurely boat trip?
