This accomodation is centrally located at Unity Beach Resort, Brean - Somerset.
33 is a short walk away of all attractions and amenities - The theme park, beach and main street shops, arcades, bars restaurants and takeaways. You wont need a car when you stay here!
Entertainment passes are not compulsary. If you wish to purchaes these for any day/s throughout your stay you can do so directly with reception.
Please note that all bookings require a 100.00 pound refundable care and respect bond payable to the agent (Celicias Retreat Rentals Brean) after booking.
This will be refunded once an inspection has been carried out. (Normally within 7 days of vacate)
Any damages will be deducted and additional charges will be invoiced so we ask you to please kindly respect the property.
We provide duvets and pillows. Guests are required to bring their own duvet and pillow covers and sheets.
Our stays are 3 night minimum unless otherwise agreed. Stays are available mon - fri and fri - mon only.
