Tom is the Local Electrician and Iain was a Hotelier. Whiskey our (blond) golden retriever is "Welcome-ner" in chief.. Fergus our cat is elusive, when it comes to Guests, so you probably won't see him. We all enjoy meeting new people and being able to share stories and experiences about the area. There are so many things to do and see so please feel free to ask for recommendations.

Whether you’re in Morvern for a weekend stop, en route to or from the Isle of Mull, here for work, or a week of touring, Castle View is the perfectly located to make it your home base. Come and explore the scenic beauty, of the Morvern peninsula. There are many walking and cycling routes through the forest, hills or round the lochs. We are 1 minute drive from the Isle of Mull ferry, giving the option to explore all Mull has to offer. The Morvern Peninsula is remote and unspoilt and is home to an amazing mix of scenery ranging from high mountains to wonderful beaches, with ancient woods covering the hillsides in between. It is a fantastic place to enjoy the great outdoors with walking, cycling, fishing, wildlife spotting and stargazing, there's plenty to see and do.
