The property has a fully fitted kitchen, large corner sofa, dining table, large flat screen, internet enabled TV. Two double bedrooms one with a kingsize bed (can be twin bedded bedroom on request), one with a standard double bed and a functional bathroom. There is super fast fibre broadband. My name is Duncan, I teach Business and Economics at a local school. My wife Kati is an occupational therapist. We live in Buxted about 5 minutes drive from the apartment.

The apartment is about 20 minutes walk from the Buxted Park Hotel a popular wedding venue. Buxted Park itself is particularly beautiful. Uckfield High Street and train station are about 20 minutes walk south. There is a pub - The Ringles Cross - within 100 metres and it is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. The apartment overlooks mature trees, there is some large houses on one side of the road, but parkland on the other-side. Slightly further afield: The Bluebell Railway, Sheffield Park National Trust Gardens and the Ashdown Forest are within 5 miles, Lewes and Tunbridge Wells about 10 miles, and the coastal resorts of Newhaven, Eastbourne and Brighton are all within 20 miles. The South Downs National Park is within 10 miles.
