Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with views over the countryside, a pretty sitting area, and lawn, and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.3 miles, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. 2 Summerhill offers a splendid retreat, whatever time of year. Letterston is a village scattered each side of the main road from Haverfordwest to Fishguard with two pubs, an award-winning fish and chip restaurant, a petrol station with general store, a newsagents, a butcher and a Post Office. With no actual centre these amenities are scattered along the main road and down side roads which makes this a very interesting village.
