Enjoy your own Devon holiday experience at Sea Views. Three large double bedrooms, 1 with conservatory/sun room attached. Large living/dining space. 1.5 bathrooms, large sun terrace, large kitchen, private gardens, with private hot tub. BBQ area, outdoor dining, all with AMAZING SEA VIEWS of Torbay. Most areas are disabled access friendly. This is a large bungalow with 3 bedrooms. Fully enclosed back garden. Hot tub is all yours to enjoy. Check out our guidebook to get the most out if your holiday. Including spa experience, fishing, water park. Please note dogs are welcome but only upon request, please contact me before booking, cleaning fee can apply. thank you Sorry no stag/hen parties. Property does have security cameras,Any illegal activity will be challenged. please only bring the people you have booked for. We may ask for a deposit from dog owners and groups. Which will be returned on check out morning.

Your co host Reuben is close by to help with anything you should need, with his own attached conversion with separate entrances. Only the washing machine utility room is shared, giving you full privacy to the whole dwelling and amenities. We’re here to help and give you complete privacy.

Very quiet residential area with awesome views overlooking the bay. Nearby woodedpark (Primley Park) within walking distance, with easy access to bus routes. With a 15 min downhill walk to the sea front and town. All main supermarkets and fast food restaurants are within a 10 min drive. Paignton zoo is within walking distance. (Sometimes you can hear the lions roar from the garden…honestly!) Drive and on street parking. Lovely walk down to town. Car is recommended back up…. or count it as your daily exercise being completed. Bus route within walking distance. Train station 10 min drive or 20 min walk. Easy driving to Torquay and Brixham and whole Torbay area.
