Excellent location in Cul-de-sac residential area, which is just a 25 minute walk to York town centre, the Minster and to the Shambles. Less then 1 minute walk to local Spar. Free allocated parking for 2 cars.
The space
Master bedroom with King size bed. Two additional bedrooms, the first with a double bed & the second with single bed. Family bathroom. Well equipped modern kitchen & dining area. Unlimited free Wifi. Large screen smart TV in living room.
Beautiful and a good sized garden at the rear of the property with patio area and outdoor seating. Lockable rear access to the garden allows storage of bikes in the garden shed.
