There is also a lower-ground-floor utility with a washing machine. There is a king size and a twin bedroom along with a bathroom on the first floor and a lower ground floor double. Outside, there is a small enclosed courtyard with furniture. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels and a starter pack for woodburning stove are included in the rental price. Apologies, but this property doesn't permit smoking. There is a shop and pub within 0.1 mile. For an escape to The Lakes like no other, choose a stay at The Oaks Cottage. Note: The double bed on the lower-ground-floor is accessible via one side. Note: There is a 100 good housekeeping bond.
