The house is situated on a steep hill. There are only 2 houses on the road so it is very quiet and remote. The town of Wrexham is a 5 minute drive and boasts great Retail shops, Pubs and Restaurants. The local hospital is also just 5 min away. The city of Chester is just a 20 min drive away and Liverpool is around 40 min drive. Snowdonia National Park and the North Wales coast are between 40 mins and 1.5 hours drive. There is a walking path on the door step which leads onto a golf course with 2 lakes and a children's park. There is parking for 4 cars on the drive at a squeeze and more free parking just down the road. There is a bus stop just 5 mins walk up the hill which goes into Wrexham town regularly. Also a train station in Wrexham town center which is a 5 min taxi ride from the house.
