This single-storey, semi-detached chalet has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, along with a shower room and an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, and a fridge with ice box, and for entertainment there is a TV. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. There is a shop, bar restaurant, laundrette, playground, kids' clubs, soft play, multi-sports court, mini golf, indoor pool, outdoor pool, waterslide, and entertainment venture on-site. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and one well-behaved is pet welcome but sorry, smoke-free property. 49 Sea Valley is a delightful retreat with sea views where you can make memories to remember. The chalet is surrounded by woodland and sits just on top of the South West Coastal Path. Just along from the park is Hartland, during Tudor times it was an important port, nowadays it’s more known for its stunning coastline and a Hollywood filming destination. Almost opposite the park entrance, half a mile up the road there is a charming Gnome reserve, set amongst delightful wildflowers at Merry Harriers Garden Centre, definitely a must. The Milky Way adventure park is also a stones throw from the chalet, leaflets are available from reception Clovelly is a privately owned harbour village. It has a steep pedestrian cobbled main street leading down to the sea. 16 miles east is the river port town of Barnstaple. A bustling town, perfect for retail therapy. With its picturesque estuary views, its well worth a visit. A little further afield, there are towns and villages just waiting for you. Lynton, Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Braunton, South Molton, Torrington, Holsworthy, Bude. Plenty of detinations to excite and explore.
