9 Prospect House is a light, sunny second floor apartment, situated just minutes from the coast path in Hallsands. With three bedrooms (One double bedroom with en-suite, one king-size bedroom and one single bedroom with a small single bed), one bathroom and a shower room, the property sleeps five guests. The spacious living area boasts a Juliet balcony with views stretching to Start Point lighthouse and beyond. Additionally, guests have use of the communal gardens, outdoor swimming pool, and all-weather tennis court. Suitable for couples and smaller families, 9 Prospect House is the perfect bolthole for a coastal retreat. Parking for one car at the property plus visitor bays nearby. Please note single room is for 1 child only Please note this is not a specific holiday complex: there are full time residents on site all year round so please be respectful of the bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels and towels for the pets permitted. Hallsands is a small village near Start Point, one of the most southerly points on Devon’s coastline. Nearby, uncover the beauty of Blue Flag awarded Blackpool Sands, a family friendly beach, and Torcross, a historic site where the Normandy landings were practiced. For nature lovers, explore the nature reserve at Slapton Ley, adjacent to the long stretch of beach at Slapton Sands. Park at East Portlemouth and catch the passenger ferry across to the beautiful sailing town of Salcombe with its renowned estuary, or visit the Start Point Lighthouse, less than a mile away.
