The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, dining room with seating for six, and a sitting room with Smart TV and a gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite wet room, and a family room with two singles (zip/link can be super-king-size on request) and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a rear enclosed courtyard with furniture, external utility with washing machine, storeroom with fridge and freezer, as well as roadside parking available with daytime time limits, free off road parking available 150 yards away.. Within 0.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Another option is to travel the short distance to the Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet Village, where you can shop at over 140 stores, many of which carry name-brand merchandise.
