Spacious and clean 2 x double bedroom Ground Floor Apartment in an imposing converted Victorian period property. East/West facing with big windows means this apartment is flooded with sunlight in morning and afternoons and is complete with original character features such as high ceilings and wooden floors. With own private off-street parking for one car as well as private rear garden. Situated in leafy Zone 2 Metro residential area and within easy reach of all busy shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops, transport links and green spaces of leafy inner city suburbia...SW4.
Hi, I'm Phil. I've enjoyed my centrally located SW4 London apartment (Metro Zone 2) as a relaxing base to discover this great metropolitan city together with its vibrant nightlife and the many social and cultural attractions - all within easy reach. I'm sure you'll enjoy staying at the Apartment as much as I have.
The apartment is located within ZONE 2 of the London Metro System, but in a leafy area of London, so less noise, traffic and pollution. Access to Central London's Zone 1, Theatre Land and West End via Metro or Bus in just 20 minutes! Just around the corner are coffee shops, specialty butchers and a wide choice of vibrant restaurants and bars as well as 220 acres of Clapham Common green space. 15 minutes walk from the large open recreation space Clapham Common, great for exercise, cycling, leisurely dog walking or just simply enjoying a coffee and people watching. There is a great Farmers market on Clapham High Street most weekends and as well as various other London farmers markets around the capital, offering everything from organic veggie to zero-plastic packaging produce. Battersea Park and the river Thames is a short distance away allowing access to riverside views and walks, river cruises, as well as Battersea Powerstation destination with bars and restaurants as well as Go-Ape and High-Ropes installation offering small and old children twice the height, length and scare factors than most other installations in the country.
