    Location was excellent. We were able to park 2 cars at the property and walk into town easily. It was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice touch to leave tea, coffee etc.

Property information

Abbey Villa has its own entrance on the ground floor and free reserved parking space as you approach the garden of the property. The accommodation layouts are as follows: Ground Floor - Entrance hall leading to downstairs WC and to the large open plan living and dining area with large flat screen tv and Sky Q. Luxurious corner sofa, perfect for relaxing on and dining area make this a wonderful space. A fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar is also on the ground floor. First Floor -Master double bedroom,with fitted wardrobe chest of drawers and flat screen TV equipped with Sky Q. A second double bedroom and a third twin room both with ample storage. A large family bathroom with bathtub and shower over the bath. Guest Access: Guests will have full access to the entire property. No rooms will be off limits and all contents within the flat are there for our guests use including wifi, the TV and the cooking implements. Pre-Arrival: When the booking is confirmed you will receive instructions via a web link with all the necessary information to check yourself in at your leisure from 4pm. If early check in has been purchased check in will be from 3pm. Please note that access is not permitted to the property before this time, and we cannot store any luggage prior to check in. Check in is via a key box for which you will be provided the code prior to arrival. Within 15 minutes drive, you have an absolute wealth of beauty with the East Neuk of Fife and its picturesque towns and villages, including Crail, Elie, Kingsbarns and many more. Getting Around Everything in St Andrews is within walking distance, be it the sights, the beaches, the aquarium, the Links golf courses and many more facilities. The bus routes are all frequent and easy to use. Taxis are relatively cheap given the short distances between places in St Andrews.
