Aeolus House is a pet-friendly mid terrace cottage on Newcomen Road in central Dartmouth. The cottage sleeps four guest in two bedrooms, including an en suite master. The property has a well equipped kitchen and small but cosy sitting room with an open fireplace. An additional sitting area, off the master bedroom, boasts a Juliet balcony with views of the River Dart. Aeolus House is a fantastic destination for exploring the harbour town of Dartmouth or the nearby Start Bay coastline. Note: One well-behaved dog welcome. Dartmouth lies on the banks of the beautiful River Dart in the popular and picturesque South Hams area of South Devon. Located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and close to the stunning Start Bay coastline, Dartmouth is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Devon. It offers a stunning waterfront, ancient narrow streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants and art galleries plus many popular events such as the annual Dart Music Festival, Dartmouth Food Festival and the Port of Dartmouth Royal Regatta.
