Betty & Ian are the new owners of Agar House' a 4* Bed & Breakfast establishment. We purchased the business on the 9th June 2017 and have already invested in major up-grades of the property to be rewarded with a 4* grading by Visit Wales.

Property information

Attractive 4* Edwardian Guest House centrally located in one of Llandudno's most beautiful and quiet areas. Agar House is a short walk from the town's shopping areas, promenade, theatre, restaurants and beaches. Free Wifi available to guests. Friendly and helpful owners offering local knowledge of the area. Family rooms available and children are welcome. We offer secure storage at Agar House for cyclists' bikes. Accredited with a 5* Food Hygiene Award , Tripadvisor Certificate of Excellence, for 2017, 2018 & 2019, 2020 and Hotels Combined Certificate of Excellence 2020 . There are no parking restrictions on St David's Road and most of our guests park easily outside the house, even on bank holiday weekends. High standards of decoration and cleanliness throughout. 5 Guest bedrooms all centrally heated and comfortably furnished with hospitality tray, towels, toiletries,gowns and slippers. and Flat screen Digital LG Television. Full cooked breakfast ( including toast, tea/coffee, orange juice, choice yogurt/ cereals/ fresh fruit etc ) served in the dining room overlooking our Gold * Award winning garden by Llandudno in Bloom 2019

Agar House is situated in the garden area of Llandudno 10 minutes walk to beaches, shops and promenade and most local attractions. St David's Road is a beautiful tree lined grass verged road and very safe.
