Lovely Georgian Town House, Circa 1806 offering Room Only.. Located in the City Centre in a quiet residential street. Our house was built 1806 and is a listed building so there is no lift so please be prepared to carry your suitcases up stairs to a maximum of 42 steps. We do NOT have porters to carry suitcases. We are a 15/25 minute walk to the West End of Princes St and all the major attractions are within walking distance. Our rooms are comfortable and warm with en-suite with shower/wc. We do NOT offer any breakfast. Room Only. The rooms all have Flat Screen Freeview TV, Hairdryers, Hospitality Trays, Free Wifi is available but not for business use, Our location is central and in our immediate area there are Pubs/ Restaurants/Theatre/Cinema/ Bowling Alley/Shopping/ Walking Areas / Union Canal. We have NO parking. Highland day trips can be arranged with local free pick up from the Guest House area.
