Exmouth Marina is one of the UK's most prestigious waterside developments within easy reach of the M5 motorway link at Exeter. Ideal for exploring the area, bird watching, sailing, cycling, lovely walks along the beach or estuary or taking a boat trip along the coast with Stuart Line Cruises. The property is presented to the highest of standards newly refurbished throughout with quality oak furniture and comfortable sofas. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall with a Cloakroom with W.C. Along with a newly fitted kitchen and spacious dining area. From here french doors lead to the patio affording superb marina views with good quality garden furniture and a gate leading directly to the public walkway. Bedroom 1- A ground floor single bedroom. Stairs lead to the first floor Bedroom 2- A Master bedroom with king sized bed and en-suite bathroom directly overlooking the Marina Bedroom 3- A bedroom with twin beds adjacent to a shower room with WC. Stairs lead to the second floor Bedroom 4- A double bedroom with en-suite shower room The spacious sitting room is on the second floor with raised living flame electric fire and French doors opening onto the southerly facing balcony with stunning views across the Marina and out to the estuary. Parking: There is parking for 1 car on the drive, plus garage for secure storage of bicycles or boards. Please note this house is only suitable for those wishing for peace and quiet during their stay as this is a tranquil community. Please note that Sweetcombe Cottage Holidays have no control over Marina Management maintenance that can occur.

Neighbourhood information

On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required for a relaxing break. It is a thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned RSPB bird sanctuary, long sandy beach, superb coastal walking along the South West Coast Path, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town's attraction. In addition to boat days, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there's always Otterton Mill, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won't find much better than Exmouth.
