From our Poole Old Town base, we provide a comprehensive full-management service, taking the stress out of holiday letting for second homeowners and ensuring holiday guests enjoy a consistently high-quality service. All our properties offer a home-from-home experience, evidenced by the many satisfied guests who return year after year. Your Quay to relaxation Quay’s offices are open 6 days a week for guest arrivals and we can make arrangements for Sunday and out-of-hours arrivals, too. Our live website allows guests to book short breaks and longer holidays 24 hours-a-day. For guests who would rather speak to us in person, our ‘phone lines are open from 9.30am to 6pm daily. Quay’s directly-employed Service Team ensures standards remain consistently high. All properties are provisioned with linen and towels, including beach towels, ready for your use. A complimentary welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate together with local biscuits, crisps and nuts is provided and in the fridge you will find a nicely chilled bottle of white wine awaiting your arrival!

POOLE TOWN - Quayside, shops, historic Old Town, boat trips, events, theatre and much more.... Poole Town lies approximately 6 miles west of Bournemouth and is highly accessible both by car and by train – the station is moments from the main shopping area. Poole is an excellent base for exploring the beautiful country of Dorset, its stunning beaches and its Jurassic Coast, a UNESCO World Heritage site. For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment. A stroll down the High Street leads visitors to Poole Quay, and the multitude of bars and restaurants offering an excellent array of culinary choice. Once replete, why not walk off lunch with a stroll on The Quay and along the harbourside path at Baiter? The beauty of Poole Town is that all of these attractions and facilities are within easy walking distance of each other.
