What makes us different to other accommodation in our area... We offer guests flexible self check-in and room rates that include Full English Breakfast or room-only meal option. If you book room-only you can add breakfast on for one or all nights of your stay. We have no evening curfew, daily lock-out or food/drink restrictions. Guests are welcome to bring their own food/take-aways into the guest house. We offer a guest kitchenette where guests can prepare their own food. Glasses, plates, cutlery and basic cooking utensils are available. Our guest kitchenette features a 900w microwave/oven/grill; toaster; twin hob etc. All our guest bedrooms have black out blinds, desk, chair, flat screen television, kettle and fridge with fresh milk provided. Our superior room types have 4K Smart flat screen televisions. Free wifi is available throughout the guest house. Over 80% of our customers are repeat guests or stay with us by recommendation. We have accommodation supply arrangements with many local businesses including the NHS, Nissan, Port of Tyne South Tyneside Council and South Tyneside College. Some guests stay for one night, others for years (!) while working in the area. Please note that we do not offer accommodation to homeless/DSS referrals or stag/hen-type all male/all female bachelor party groups.
