Appleton House is a modern country house on the outskirts of Woodacott, Devon. The Property was built and completed in 2021 and it has a large parking area at the front of the property with easy access down a country lane through the village. The Property also has a large garden and guests have their own private area to the side of the property where they can relax and rewind. Whilst staying with us at Appleton House you also have the use of a living room/snug with wood burner for use in the evenings. The two rooms are fully equipped to include a king size bed, coffee and tea station, both having their own private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer. Underfloor heating is also throughout the property. A continental, Full English or vegetarian breakfast is available daily at the property. If its peace and quite you are after, then we have that in abundance here.

A quite village close to the town of Holsworthy, Devon and Bude, Cornwall. Great position to visit Dartmoor and Exmoor. The coast of Bude or Bideford is only a short drive away. RHS Rosemoor Clovelly Boscastle are just examples of places to visit from our property.
