On Littlehampton seafront, Arun Sands offers well-appointed guest house accommodation on the West Sussex coast. A 10-minute walk from the town centre and train station, it provides free WiFi throughout. Each room has a TV, alarm clock and tea and coffee facilities. All have an en suite shower with complimentary toiletries. Some bedrooms boast a seating area and sea views. Arun Sands is around 13 minutes’ drive from Arundel Castle, and with Chichester and Goodwood Racecourse just over 30 minutes away. The town lies around 3 miles from the South Downs, with the vibrant city of Brighton around 24 miles east.

Come as a guest and leave as a friend - a warm welcome is always waiting for everybody at Arun Sands Rooms. The main aim of Arun Sands Rooms - to create for our dear guests the cosy atmosphere of sweet home. We are very thankful to everybody for choosing our Guest house!
Our family running business will celebrate 20 years in December 2024. Pity that our Richard is not with us anymore... but the memory about him, his wonderful smile and delicious breakfasts we and our regular guests will keep forevere.

Guest house "ARUN SANDS ROOMS" (84 South Terrace, Littlehampton, BN17 5LJ) has a seafront location and small boating lake - just 150 m from Littlehampton Blue Flag award winning beach. The river Arun reinnovated walkway with its cafes and restaurants is near by. Just 10 min walking distance to the town centre and 15 min to the train station. Our nice Victorian style town house has eight rooms in total, two of them - big rooms with seaview. Free WI-FI, tea-coffee facilities, hair dryer and digital TV in each room.

Perfect location - this what our guests like most of all: first line from the sea, some rooms have a sea view and balcony. The ferry service links the town centre with the sandy West beach, Littlehampton golf course and yacht club on the West bank of the River Arun. Perfectly situated for Goodwood, Brighton and Arundel events. Two nice golf courses (Littlehampton and Rustington) are near by. Well known for its laid back atmosphere West Beach is a great place to relax with a picnic. Chichester, Portsmouth, Bognor Regis and Worthing are not far from us.
