Open-concept living area with kitchen, dining area, and seating area. Central heating powered by electricity. The kitchen has an electric oven with ceramic hob, grill, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. For entertainment there is WiFi and a TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is designated parking. Communal garden with seating and a lawn. Sorry, no smoking allowed. The beach is 0.3 miles away, and there is a shop and a pub 0.2 miles away. Aurora View offers a delightful dwelling for an escape to Scotland.
