Avocet is a beautiful, spacious, one-bed ground floor holiday home. Refurbished throughout and presented to create a rustic coastal feel to really enhance your time on the Suffolk coast. Boasting some original features alongside modern luxuries you will really feel at home from the moment you arrive. The living room has an electric reclining sofa and a large screen Smart TV above an oak-beamed fireplace complete with realistic electric stove. The bedroom has a king size bed with luxury mattress and bedding, plus plenty of storage for all your belongings, a dressing table and a TV. The shower room has a handmade bespoke twin basin washstand plus a generous shower enclosure with dual head shower. The kitchen diner has integrated appliances including washer dryer, dishwasher and fridge with ice box. There is also a single oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, teapot, and a Tassimo coffee machine, and cafetiere for the coffee lovers! French doors lead out into pretty courtyard garden that is fully enclosed and a sun trap, a perfect spot to unwind with your morning coffee or evening drink. Table and chairs with a parasol, plus two sun loungers and a BBQ are all provided. The beach is less than 2 min walk away and a pub with great views at the end of the road.
