The living areas of this property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, a dining area for four and a sitting area with a TV. The bedrooms consist of a double and a twin along with a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside there is a communal picnic area and seasonal swimming pool with off-road allocated parking for one car. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop and pub and within 2.2 miles, a beach, and please note that smoking is not allowed. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels are all included in rent. Pelynt, a quaint village situated in the lovely county of Cornwall, gets its name from the Cornish word "pluw," which means parish. It is less than four miles from the notable fishing port town of Looe and the lovely Polperro Heritage Coast.
