Beautiful detached Banningham Coach House, sleeping 6, has been lovingly & expertly converted whilst retaining many original features. These include exposed beams throughout, an inglenook fireplace with a wood burning stove & beautiful high pitched ceilings on the first floor, all adding to its charming character. Elegantly furnished throughout, the spacious accommodation benefits from two reception rooms. The beautiful living room has huge comfortable sofas & inglenook complete with cosy wood burning stove - the perfect place to while away a chilly winter’s night. An entertainment room is great for losing the children to table football! The perfectly equipped large kitchen with a dining area has French doors opening onto the terrace & beautiful south facing original walled lawned garden, which provides a real sun trap. Relax in total privacy & tranquillity with a refreshing drink whilst enjoying the peaceful surroundings, or use the barbecue & dine al fresco. Upstairs, three sumptuous bedrooms have snug & comfortable beds & two of the three bathrooms have fabulous roll top baths. The accommodation is flexible – one of the bedrooms can be a twin/superking to suit your party.

Soft sandy beaches nearby include the traditional seaside resorts at Cromer & Sheringham, plus magical coastal path walks. Many fine National Trust properties in the area include Blickling Hall, Felbrigg Hall & Sheringham Park. At Wroxham, the ‘Capital of the Broads’, daily boat hire is available to explore the famous waterways. Appealing to children, Wroxham Barns, Dinosaur Adventure Park, BeWILDerwood & the seals at Blakeney provide plentiful entertainment. Steam train enthusiasts will find the Poppyline, Bure Valley railway & the Thursford Collection worth a visit.
