A boutique guest house 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and 16-minutes' walk to the centre of Lowestoft, Baytree House offers luxurious rooms, free WiFi, free parking and a fully licensed bar. The property offers original features, including fireplaces, wooden flooring and stained glass windows. Rooms at the Baytree House guest house have stylish decor, a TV with Freeview, magazines and a DVD-player with films. Some rooms have en suite bathrooms with a bath or a shower. Complimentary drinks and snacks are also provided. Continental breakfast is included, while a cooked breakfast is available for a surcharge. Local produce is used. The dining room has a 42-inch TV.
