Inner double doors lead into the living room with seating around the feature fireplace and dining by the window. Archway into kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, 2-ring induction hob, combination microwave/oven/grill, toaster and kettle). Archway to bedroom with king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and vanity area. Inner hall to bathroom with bath and shower overhead. Also under stairs cupboard with iron, ironing board and vac, fire extinguisher, fire blanket, first-aid kit and cleaning materials. Please note for those with limited mobility: through the garden gate there are three steps down to the front door and a further internal step at the door threshold, stepping down into the living room. The shower is over the bath. THE BATHROOM HAS A MACERATOR SO PLEASE BE SURE TO ONLY PUT IN THE LOO WHAT IS MEANT FOR THE LOO WITH MINIMAL TOILET PAPER...THANK YOU. I'm Donna. It's me answering your questions and preparing your apartment. I've been living here a few years now but only bought this house in October 2020. My roots are in Scotland and the North West, but this is now home and the place that inspires me to paint (many of which are in your apartment). I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. You'll find it's a really friendly place with great neighbours down here on the seafront.

This is a typical British seaside holiday town, with an abundance of bars, restaurants, take-aways, amusement arcades, cinema and excellent entertainment at the Spa Pavilion (check out what's on). Everyday shopping is just a stroll up the hill onto the high street. You will find the usual chain stores (Tesco, Co-op, Iceland, Boots, WH Smith) plus independent boutiques, arts and crafts. You really could park your car and not need it again for a week, there is so much on your doorstep. But equally, this is a great base to explore the Suffolk Coast. There is so much within a 30 minute drive, from the quaint market town of Woodbridge on the River Deben, Ipswich Town and Marina Waterfront, Snape, Aldeburgh, Southwold. Each destination has its own unique charm. Hope to see you soon. Felixstowe has its own train station and taxi service (Coastal Wizard Taxis). Nearest international airport is London Stansted (47 miles), London Luton (74.2 miles), London Heathrow (84.9 miles) and London Gatwick (86.1 miles). Parking is free on the road immediately opposite your apartment, plus pay and display parking along the promenade.
