I am an extremely experience host and I have been doing this for nearly 10 years I have all sorts of properties but Benwick cottage has to be one that I am most excited about! You only have to stand outside the terraced cottages for a few minutes to see how much admiration and attraction they get because of their beautiful front and amazing location. My experience as a holiday property host has allowed me to bring fantastic properties to guests from all over the world. I am well used to understanding guests needs and I try and be there for all of my guests from the booking process ,through to the end of their stay.

This property is absolutely spectacular and locals and tourists admire this quaint cottage on the beach for its incredible location, sea views and it’s cosy cottage charm. I am absolutely delighted to be able to host this property and for many years I have wanted one of these thatched cottages on the Marine Parade in my portfolio because it is one of the most beautiful cottages with such fabulous views. This is only one of a handful of properties on the Marine Parade with this beachfront location and to be able to stay here would make a very special holiday whether it be with family or friends. Benwick Cottage is ideal all year round and it is extremely reasonably priced. The cottage is practically situated on the beach! You have views across the whole bay and of the Cobb and because of its amazing beachfront location you are close to all of the fantastic things Lyme Regis has to offer. This cottage has been modernised whilst maintaining many of its original features and it has featured in many of Lyme Regis’s postcards and photographs because of it is beautiful facade and thatched roof.
