This bright, modern 2 bedroomed static caravan is on the Newperran Holiday Resort, very close to Newquary and Perranporth, with their well known miles of perfect sandy beaches. It has a fully fitted kitchen, with everything you might need for your holiday, you just need to fill up the fridge. The master double bedroom has it's own ensuite, and the twin bedroom has a family bathroom with full size shower directly opposite. There is private and secure parking directly outside the caravan.

Hi, Just a little bit about me to make you feel more comfortable about booking with me for your stay in Cornwall. I have a passion for being either in the sea, on the sea or by the sea. I have rented out unique spaces using Airbnb for over 7 years, some in Somerset and now in Cornwall and have loved every minute of it. I have three children, who have all 'hatched' into seriously decent humans and are off doing their thing, so now I can spend more time in that sea! The caravan is located just 3 miles from the lovely town of Perranporth, with its long sandy beaches, super cool beach bars, surf rentals, famous Cornish pasties and ice cream shops. On the site itself there are two children’s outdoor playgrounds , perfect for toddlers, and a fabulous outdoor skateboard park for the older ones. There is a wondereful bar and restaurant on site (closed out of season), boasting leather chairs in front of the log burner for those cosy winter nights, along with an entertainment area and small arcade for the children including an air hockey table. There is an indoor heated pool on site, which is a good size, enough to burn off some serious calories if you are lane swimming, but also perfect for getting the children to burn off some energy. The indoor swimming pool is open all year round for your use and is included within the cost of your stay. Almost opposite the entrance to the resort is Goonhavern Garden Centre, which has a fabulous restaurant/cafe serving the best breakfasts around! Nearby towns are Newquay which has a Zoo, an Aquarium and some of the best surf beaches in Cornwall, then you have St. Agnes which is definitley worth a day trip with an amazing little beach, a restaurant overlooking the beach on stilts and a lovely pub serving great, wholesome food.
