This beautifully refurbished flat in a stunning Victorian townhouse sits right in the heart of Glasgow's fashionable West End. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a new mattress as well as plentiful storage and a lovely window seat with views of the garden. The bedroom benefits from plentiful natural sunlight, especially during the morning hours, but there is also a large Harris Tweed Blackout curtain and blind that both insulates against light and keeps in heat in winter. The bedroom door also has its own lock for added security. Guests are welcome to use all other areas of the flat (bathroom, kitchen and lounge) at their leisure, except the other bedroom. Guests are provided with a detailed welcome pack with recommendations for eating and sightseeing, including Glasgow West End and City Centre Walking Tours, Hiking Routes, and Day Trip itineraries written by the host. Please be aware that I have a friendly, well-behaved and quiet rough collie dog who lives in the flat with me. She is called Elektra and is always delighted to welcome guests as the West End's fluffiest tour guide! Paid meter parking 8am-6pm. Parking is paid in 15mins increments up to 3 hrs.

This flat sits on a peaceful leaf-lined street surrounded by green and yet extremely close to many superb bars, restaurants, galleries and shops. Ideal space both to rest and adventure! This location benefits from fantastic transport links via Hillhead subway, Hyndland train station and numerous buses. Glasgow city centre (as well as Glasgow Central and Queen Street) is 10mins away.
