The small village of Bettws Cedewain is quaint and peaceful making this a perfect spot for a relaxing break in mid Wales. The picturesque village of Bettws Cedewain is just 5 miles from the town of Newtown, this area is perfect for those looking to enjoy the countryside and see some of Wales’s history. From prehistoric forts to charming castles and majestic mountains, the heritage and landscape of mid Wales is impressive. There are plenty of outdoor activities to get stuck into, and the central location lends itself well to exploring more of Wales with Eyriri National Park (Snowdonia), just an hour away and even over the border to the Shropshire Hills of England.
