Beechwood Garden Suite is Tourist Board approved modern accommodation with free parking, located on the outskirts of Belfast. The suite is close to the infamous Belfast Christmas Market. Enjoy a totally private space and entrance, 1 bedroom with small double bed, wardrobe space and bathroom .Separate cosy living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed with memory foam topper- on request. Facilities include a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is no oven or hob. . Breakfast cereals, milk, tea, coffee and biscuits are included. We are on the main arterial route from Belfast to tha Antrim Coast and very handy for the city. A bus service stops outside the property with a service every 15-20 minutes. We are within minutes of food outlets, bars and local attractions. See out neighbourhood section for more detail. The property is ideally suited to three people, however a fourth person can be accommodated without problem. This will impact on the floor space while the sofa bed is unfolded, however, we have had no problems with four people parties in the past.

We are in a fantastic and safe location 5 minutes walk from Belfast Zoo, Cavehill, and Belfast Castle. Bellevue Arms and McArts Fort bar/restaurant, Pizza Hut, Domino’s, Chinese take away, Chemist and Hairdresser. We have a bakery 1 minute away serving hot and cold snacks plus pastries. Within 5-7 minutes walk there is an abundance of restaurants and takeaways including Tim Hortons, McDonalds, KFC, Subway, Indian Ocean, Kyber, Thunderdome and local infamous restaurant Knags. Coffee shops include Cafe Cuisine, Puccini’s and the upmarket Linen and Latte. For families, there is a Movie House Cinema, Sportsbowl, Funworks Kids Play Area., Valley Leisure Centre which offers a swimming pool, tennis, badminton, gym, football and kids play area. Within walking distance there is a large Eurospar selling everything you could need, including hot and cold food. There is also the Asian Kitchen Chinese takeaway and Manny’s chip shop. There are two large Tesco stores, Lidl, Abbeycentre, Abbey Retail Park, Primark, Marks and Spencer and Costa Coffee all 5 minutes drive. Belfast city is a 15-20 minute bus or car journey away. The bus stop is outside the property.
