**This stylish newly refurbished 3 bedroom house is in a prime location in the city centre. Located in a quiet residential area. It is 2 mins drive from the motorway and 4 minutes walk away from the brand new Belfast Grand central Station making it the perfect base for your visit. Location is everything and whether you are working sightseeing or just enjoying what Belfast has to offer you will be able to walk wherever you are going in and around Belfast. Free parking at the house is an added bonus so close to the centre **

I'm thrilled to warmly welcome you and hope you will have a great stay! This is a family owned home which has been fully refurbished with new kitchen and bathroom and decorated throughout making it a perfect base to enjoy what Belfast has to offer. We have named the property after the new iconic transport hub Belfast Grand Central Station set to be the largest integrated transport facility on the island of Ireland. With the formation of public transport enhancing local and international connectivity with bus, coach and rail links across Northern Ireland and beyond. This new hub is only 4 minutes walk from our property so no need for any further transport to our home.

The special highlights of this quiet residential property is the great location, everything within the city is within walking distance. * One of the oldest traditional Fish & Chip shops John Longs fish restaurant ( Sit in or Takeaway) is just at the end of the street 2 minute away. John Long’s Fish and Chip Restaurant has topped the prestigious Best Fish and Chip Shop 2024 , as compiled by The Times. * Belfast Grand Central station, * Peace Wall, * Black Taxi and Bus tours, * Shops including Victoria Square and Castlecourt shopping centres, * Europa Hotel and some fabulous local restaurants are only a short walking distance away from here.
