We have six properties in Belsize Park. Each one is unique and special. We welcome all guests of all nations, business travelers in our executive suites, families, destination shoppers We even rent our properties for events and filming. The studios and suites are decorated very stylishly and very modern yet keeping the charm of the original Edwardian properties features, fireplaces, tiling and cornice work. Modern, converted one bedroom flat/ studios, in an amazingly quiet street, 2 mins from Belsize Park tube station. New modern conversion backs on to an incredibly quiet & peaceful street. It’s light & spacious & feels very fresh & happy. With fully equipped gorgeous kitchen diner and living room Inc. full size electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, electric kettle, iron and ironing board, dining table. Free broadband Wi-Fi internet access TV with a fantastic selection of free view channels & Dyson hot & cold fan, hair dyer, separate modern rain shower room, WC. We guarantee every guest a very warm welcome and hope that you have both a relaxing and comfortable sojourn with us.

LOCATION The studios is perfectly positioned with excellent public transport links to central London, the Euro star and airports. The main feature about this place is its location, the area couldn't be better; it is one of the most desirable, well-sought, green, affluent areas of London. Belsize Park, a safe, family and culture filled area, is nestled between trendy Primrose Hill, lively Camden Lock and market and upmarket Hampstead village. It is an ideal place from where you can explore London in all its glory and still have plenty of space and a good night's rest. You couldn't go Greener!! there are so many parks to visit, Hampstead heath, Regents park, Primrose Hill 5 minutes away is "Spring health leisure center" It offers visitors a "payasugym" membership, check out their website of the same name. It's small but a great local gym that many of our local celebs use including Helena Bonhom-Carter & Chris martin use regularly There is also a walk in cresh. The area, although only short bus ride from the center of town, has a charming village atmosphere, with the busy high street and a lovely range of local shops, restaurants, cafes, charming pubs, bars etc.

• For reservations of 3 people / Suite 9 and suite 5 only/, an additional fee of £1​5 for the third person per stay will be added for the towels and the bed linen provided. The additional fee has to be handled with the property directly in cash.

• No parties are permitted.

• Only adults over 21 years old can make a reservation.

• Baby travel cot can be provided, the fee is £30 paid in cash on arrival.

• Use of extra sofa bed in suite 9 and suite 5 is £30 per stay, due in cash on arrival. Extra guests can be added at £20 per night per guest, due in cash on arrival.

• This is a self check-in accommodation, you need to take up your own luggage to the studio, no lift.

• Extra set of linen £20. Extra set of towels for 1 guest £10. Extra coffee pods £1 per pod.
