Blackberry Cottage is a superb four bed, two bath semi-detached Victorian holiday home in the centre of Bembridge on the East Coast of the Isle of Wight. Lovingly renovated combining contemporary and traditional furnishings to provide the perfect coastal holiday home for 6 Adults and 2 children. Security Deposit Information: We use Swikly's security deposit service, which allows you to secure your deposit online with a credit card imprint, without requiring prepayment. On booking and 14 days before your arrival, you'll receive an email with the link inviting you to secure your deposit in just a few clicks. Please note that this is not a payment: no amount will be charged, and no funds will be held in your bank account. Family friendly Bembridge beach, complete with rock pools, wonderful sands and the scattering of pebbles depending on tides. Making it ideal for sandcastles, crabbing, catching local prawns or if you’re lucky the odd lobster hidden under the ledge, playing cricket or boules. Walk the distance of the beach to one of the many cafés along its shores, or take a picnic or bbq and sit on the sands and enjoy the passing boats and stunning sunsets. For the more adventurous why not try your hand at wind or kite surfing, kayaking or day deep sea fishing. Bembridge has a year around community and offers a popular Harbour, many thriving shops in the village, with a butcher, baker, greengrocer and fishmonger, you can also buy locally caught Crab, lobsters and local prawns when in season from ‘The Best Dressed Crab in Town’ situated along the Embankment as you enter into Bembridge via St Helens.
