Borgie Lodge Hotel offers a Highland setting situated between Bettyhill and Tongue within the Borgie River Glen. This hotel is set within its own gardens. The restaurant offers Scottish cuisine prepared with produce including vegetables grown onsite, Caithness beef and lamb, Sutherland venison and locally caught seafood.
